Before using the hair dryer, please read the “important safety
instructions” in this manual.

Do not carry out any maintenance or repairs that are not
mentioned in the operanting instructions, or that are not
carried out by a service organisation cerfified by manufac-
turer.

Always unplug the hair dryer from the power supply before
ckecking for problems.

If the hair dryer does not work, please Ckeck its availability
or electric power and that the plug is correctly inserted into
the sockets.

DISPOSAL

This hair dryer is made from high quality recyclable
materials, please recycle where possible.

GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS

All EOLUX products have the recognition and protection of the legal guarantee
of conformity according to current legislation.

All products sold from January 1, 2022 are covered by a three-year legal
guarantee against lack of conformity, and this by virtue of the provisions of
Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, by which approves the
consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

In order for your product to be repaired free of charge (shipping costs not
included), it must comply with the warranty conditions. We offer a standard
3-year factory warranty on all products. Within the warranty period, the
product is repaired free of charge as long as these conditions are met. If we are
unable to repair the item, it will be exchanged for another free of charge. After
the warranty period expires, we can still offer to repair the product. We will
send you a repair quote via email.

3- YEAR WARRANTY

• Parts. Include select parts for the same length of time as your machine.
• Repair. Our technology is built to last. But if something goes wrong,

we'll collect your machine free of charge within 30 days of purchase.
• Replace. All of our repairs using genuine Eolux parts. If we can’t repair your machine, we’ll replace it for you.

What's not covered
• There are, however, some circumstances in which an Eolux warranty doesn't cover the repair or replacement of a machine.

• These aren't hidden in the small print.

• As it has done for many of its other brands, Eolux is proud to provide all warrantied repairs, including all labor and parts necessary to ensure your product is in proper operating condition, during the warranty period.

• You may also choose to have your product repaired (at your own cost) through another repair shop that is not affiliated with or an authorized dealer of Eolux and doing so will not void this warranty, nor will the use of third-party parts with your product.

• However, any damages, costs, or repairs incurred as a result of, due to, or from repairs carried out by unauthorized third-party agents or using parts other than those produced by or recommended by Eolux will not be covered under this warranty.

Warranty terms and conditions

The terms and conditions of an Eolux Product warranty are as follows:
• The warranty becomes effective at the date of purchase.
• Please retain your proof of purchase. If you do not have your proof of purchase, your warranty will not be honored.
• All work will be carried out by Eolux or its authorized agents.
• Any parts that are replaced will become the property of Eolux.
• The repair or replacement of your machine under warranty will not extend the period of the warranty; however, your warranty will be
extended for any time your machine is being repaired or retained for
work being performed under the warranty.".
• The warranty provides benefits that are additional to and do not
affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
• Intentional cosmetic decoration or modification that may impact a
product’s resale, refurbishment, restoration, or usability may void the
terms of your product’s warranty and the Eolux return policy.
• Where is the Eolux warranty valid? The box in which the machine is sold will contain the valid warranty information for the country in which it is sold.
